We learn how the business actually runs, decide what is worth building, and stay responsible for it once it’s in use.

Our founder has spent over five years building software that businesses run on every day: ordering, sales, field work, and the systems that connect them. He leads each project from the first call to handover and stays your point of contact.
Around him, we form the right team for each project instead of staffing every one the same way.

Tell us what’s taking too much time, what isn’t working together, or what you want to build. We ask how your business runs and tell you whether we’re the right fit. You don’t need a technical brief.
Discovery
A few days to 2 weeks · From $1,500, credited to the first stage
We look at every tool you pay for and every place someone types the same thing twice, then sort out what to keep, what to cut, and what to build. Larger or more complex engagements are scoped separately. Website projects skip this step.
The plan
Included in discovery
You get it in writing: what to keep and cut, what we’d build, and the scope, price, and timeline of each stage. It’s yours to keep whether or not we build it.
The build
3 to 6 weeks per stage · Fixed price per stage
Each stage is paid half at the start and half on delivery, and ends with software your team is using. You see it working as it comes together, tested on real examples from your business, and you approve each stage before the next begins.
Handover
30 days of fixes included
We put it into use with your team and walk everyone through it. For 30 days after each stage goes live, we fix anything that doesn’t work as agreed. After that, a monthly care plan covers hosting, monitoring, updates, and small changes, or we hand everything to your own team with the documentation. The code is yours either way.
