The problem
The numbers exist, spread across the accounting system, the store, and a few spreadsheets. Putting them together takes someone a morning each week, and by the time the report is done, two versions of it disagree.

One definition for every figure

Before we build anything, we settle with you what each figure means: whether revenue counts refunds, when an invoice counts as late, what makes a job finished. Those definitions are written down and used everywhere, so two reports can't disagree.
Dashboards and scheduled reports
A dashboard for the numbers you check every day, and a report in your inbox for the ones you review each week or month. Both refresh from the systems the numbers live in, with no export to run and nothing to paste.
Alerts when a number moves
Some numbers only matter when they change: cash falling below a line, an unusual week of refunds, a regular customer who stopped ordering. You set the line, and you hear about it when it's crossed.
Retiring the spreadsheets
The spreadsheets that used to hold the picture together can go. Where a spreadsheet is still the right tool for someone, it reads from the same source as the dashboard instead of from a pasted copy.
Moving your records to a new system
When you switch systems, the history has to come with you: customers, orders, invoices, and the notes attached to them. We move it, clean up duplicates on the way, and check the totals match on both sides before the old system is switched off.
