The problem

Your business already wrote the answers down, in invoices, contracts, email threads, and spreadsheets. Finding them means opening four systems and reading, and that usually falls to the person whose time costs the most.

Our approach

We build AI that reads what you already have and works from it. It does not guess from the internet. It answers from your records and shows where each answer came from. Where a plain rule does the job, we use the rule.

What you get

  • An assistant your team can ask in plain English

  • Documents read, checked, and filed without retyping

  • A review queue, so nothing sends or pays without a yes

  • AI only where it earns what it costs to run

Ask in plain English

Your team asks a question the way they would ask a colleague:

“Which invoices are overdue?”

The assistant answers from QuickBooks: three invoices, $4,180 in total, two of them more than 30 days late. Under the answer it lists the three invoices it counted, so anyone can check it. Then it offers the next step: send the reminders, open the list, or export it.

Documents that read themselves

Invoices, contracts, receipts, and forms arrive by email or upload. Each one is read, the figures and dates are pulled out, and it is filed where it belongs:

  • A supplier's insurance certificate becomes an expiry date, with a reminder a month before it lapses.
  • A contract becomes a renewal date on the calendar, with its notice period attached.
  • A form whose name doesn't match its tax ID is not filed. It goes to a person, with the reason.

Anything uncertain is flagged instead of guessed.

Sorting you can rely on

Every incoming email, form, or document gets sorted into categories you define: billing question, new lead, complaint, supplier invoice, junk. The AI has to choose from your list. It cannot invent a sixth category.

Each decision comes with a confidence level. Clear cases are routed on their own. When the AI isn't sure, it says so and a person decides. Before it goes live, we run it against your real past examples and show you where it was right and where it was wrong.

AI inside your own product

  • A customer uploads a photo, and the software recognizes what is in it and files it in the right place.
  • A long call or meeting becomes a short summary with the next steps, attached to the customer's record.
  • A question on your website is answered from your own policies and help pages, and handed to a person when the answer isn't there.

Already paying for AI?

Many businesses already run AI somewhere, usually added one tool at a time on top of the old way of working. We review it the way we review the rest of your tools: which steps actually need AI, which could run on a plain rule for free, and which exist only because the process around them was never fixed.

The better answer is often a simpler workflow with AI in one or two places. It runs faster, costs less each month, and behaves the same way every time.

A person reviews wherever it matters

We decide with you which steps run on their own and which wait for a yes. Replies are drafted, not sent. Payments are prepared, not made.

A review queue shows exactly what is waiting and why, so approving ten routine items takes a minute and the unusual one gets your full attention.

Start with one task

We begin with a single job that eats hours, not a company-wide rollout. We build it on your real documents, and it goes live only when its answers match what your own team would say. Before building, we agree the scope, the price, and what it will cost to run each month.
